If you are not in Madrid or simply find it more convenient to repair your device without leaving home, at Computer Chamberí we have a home pickup and delivery service to repair mobile phones and tablets without leaving your home.

How Does It Work?
We take care of everything. We arrange pickup by our courier service and you only need to worry about packing your device well. In a few days you can enjoy your repaired device.
Step 1 – Request

Step 2 – Pickup
📦 Prepare and pack the device
Do not include chargers, cases or accessories.
A courier (GLS or NACEX) will pick it up.
Step 3 – Repair
🔧 We repair your device
Upon receiving the device in our workshop, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and communicate the repair number.
Step 4 – Payment
As soon as the device is repaired, we will notify you and send an email with instructions to make the payment.
Payment by (Card, Transfer, Bizum or Cash on Delivery +€3)
Step 5 – Delivery
🚀 Receive your device the day after payment and you can enjoy your repaired device.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Pickup Process
How long does the entire service take?
Processing times may vary depending on the town where the device is picked up. Between picking up, repairing and delivering the repaired device it can take 3-4 business days.
In some cases, shipping companies may take a few extra hours to deliver and we cannot guarantee 24-hour service.
All our repairs have a 6-month warranty.
We do not provide pickup service for desktop computers.
How much does the home pickup and delivery service cost?
The service costs €12 VAT included, applicable for mobile phones, watches and cameras, and €15 VAT included for laptops and tablets.
Where is the service available?
We offer home pickup and delivery throughout mainland Spain, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands excluded.
What types of devices can be picked up and delivered?
You can request the service for mobile phones, laptops, tablets and other electronic devices such as action cameras, watches and consoles that require technical assistance.
Does the service price include the repair cost?
No. The pickup and delivery cost (€12) is independent of the repair quote and must be paid regardless of the repair success.
You will receive a detailed quote before authorizing any repair, with no obligation.
Can I choose the pickup day and time?
Yes. In your request, tell us the day and time slot you prefer (morning/afternoon), and we will do our best to adjust the pickup to your availability.
